There are four of them and they are located inside our quiet little villa just 20 meters from Hotel Cervia, and a few more steps away from the beach. Inside each of the 4 apartments you will find living and sleeping areas, suitable for both couples and families.

Here is what you will find inside the apartments:
Apartments are available from mid-May to mid-September.
You can rent them for at least 15 days, or for stays of a month or more.
You can check-in in the morning on day 1 or 15 of the month, and check-in check-out on day 16, 30 or 31 of the month.
For example: for a 15-day stay in June, you can rent the apartment from June 1 until June 16 or from June 15 until June 30.

With a separate entrance on the ground floor of the small villa, this apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with living area, large walk-in closet, a bedroom that can accommodate 4 people, and two bathrooms.
VILLA CERVIA 2 APARTMENT
This apartment can be accessed from two entrances: from the main entrance and from the private garden on the ground floor. This accommodation also has two bathrooms, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed, as well as the large bedroom with a double bed.

On the first floor of the small villa, this apartment is divided into two large spaces with two balconies. The living area features a small living room and a kitchen, while the bedroom that can accommodate 4 people also has a large walk-in closet. There are two bathrooms.
VILLA CERVIA 4 APARTMENT
This apartment on the first floor has two bathrooms and a large terrace that can be accessed from both the kitchen/living room area and the bedroom. It accommodates 2 people in the double bedroom and two other people on the sofa bed.
